Buyer (Customer)
Any natural or legal person purchasing an Arsigo subscription or top-up credit pack on arsigo.com.
2. Subject of the agreement
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the electronic purchase, payment, and digital delivery of the subscription chosen by the Customer on the Arsigo platform (Starter / Pro / Business plans, or top-up credit packs).
3. Product information and price
By completing checkout, the Customer is deemed to have reviewed and accepted the plan name, contents (message volume, number of chatbots, integration limit, features), unit price (VAT included where applicable) and payment method shown on the purchase page. Pricing is the published pricing on arsigo.com.
4. Payment
- Payment is collected in real time from the saved credit/debit card via the PayTR / Iyzico 3D Secure infrastructure.
- Monthly subscriptions are charged automatically every month on the saved card; annual subscriptions once per year.
- The Customer can cancel the subscription from account settings to stop auto-renewal. Access continues to the end of the currently paid period.
5. Delivery
The service is delivered digitally. Once payment is confirmed, plan features and message quota are reflected in the Customer's account within seconds. There is no physical delivery and no shipping process.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Turkish Consumer Law no. 6502, the right of withdrawal ends as soon as performance of digital content begins. As the Customer starts using the bot the moment the subscription is activated (first message processed), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised from that point on. The Customer may, however, cancel the subscription at any time from account settings; no further period will be charged after cancellation.
7. Refund policy
Because the service is consumed, refunds are not available. In case of serious dissatisfaction with service quality, the Customer may reach out to destek@arsigo.com for resolution. In the event of a technical outage, Arsigo provides a credit refund proportional to the outage duration.
8. Force majeure
Arsigo cannot be held liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, internet infrastructure outages, or decisions by competent authorities.
9. Dispute resolution
In case of a dispute, the Customer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Courts based on the monetary thresholds set by the Turkish Ministry of Trade. For the enforcement of this agreement, the Edirne Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
10. Effectiveness
By clicking the "I accept" button on the purchase page, the Customer is deemed to have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement electronically.
