Terms of Service

1. Parties and service

These Terms of Service constitute the agreement between ARN UNLU MAMÜLLER GIDA VE PAZARLAMA TİCARET SANAYİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Arsigo" or the "Service Provider") and the user ("User") who accesses arsigo.com and uses the service. The service is an e-commerce infrastructure platform (SaaS) that lets businesses open an online storefront, manage and sell their products, use POS features, and run an AI-powered sales assistant. Arsigo provides the technical infrastructure and is NOT the seller of the products or services sold in User stores.

2. Account and responsibilities

  • It is the User's responsibility to keep their account credentials confidential.
  • The User undertakes not to use the service for unlawful purposes, in any way that violates third-party rights, or for spam or malicious content.
  • Persons under 18 may not use the service. For legal entities, registration must be completed by an authorized person.

3. Stores, sales, and content responsibility

The User is SOLELY responsible for all content displayed and all products and services sold in the store they open on the platform (subdomain or custom domain). Arsigo acts as a hosting provider within the meaning of Turkish Law No. 5651, has no obligation to pre-moderate store content, and is not a party to sales made in User stores.

  • The seller in every store transaction is the User. All obligations arising from consumer legislation (Turkish Law No. 6502), including distance sales contracts, pre-contractual information, invoicing, taxes, returns, and the right of withdrawal, belong to the User.
  • The User must publish accurate and up-to-date trade name, address, tax details, and contact information in their store.
  • Selling or publishing the following is prohibited: any product that violates applicable law; narcotics and stimulants; prescription drugs; weapons, ammunition, and explosives; stolen or smuggled goods; counterfeit products that infringe trademarks; human or animal trafficking; gambling and illegal betting; obscene content; sale of personal data; fraudulent products or services; and any content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Arsigo reserves the right to suspend or close a store without prior notice, remove content, and inform the competent authorities where necessary, in cases of prohibited product sales, unlawful content, suspected fraud, or upon notice from an authority or rights holder.
  • Any claim, penalty, or damages directed at Arsigo by third parties, consumers, or public authorities due to the User's store or sales will be recovered from the User; the User agrees to indemnify Arsigo for all such losses.

4. Subscriptions and fees

  • The free plan is a 14-day trial. After this period the trial closes automatically; to continue using the service, the User must move to a paid plan.
  • Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly or yearly cycle; payment is collected from the saved card.
  • The User can cancel the subscription at any time from account settings; access continues until the end of the current period.
  • When the message quota is exhausted the bot is paused; the User can re-activate it by purchasing a top-up credit pack or upgrading the plan.

5. Intellectual property

The service, logo, codebase, and design belong to Arsigo. The User owns the content they create while using the service (product catalog, knowledge base, custom prompts); Arsigo processes this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Arsigo does not guarantee that AI outputs will be 100% accurate; the User is responsible for reviewing the bot's responses and intervening when necessary. Arsigo's total liability for service interruptions, data loss, or business loss is limited to the fees paid in the most recent 12 months.

7. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Edirne Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
