What is the iKas chatbot?
The iKas chatbot is an AI customer assistant that plugs directly into your iKas storefront. Through the iKas REST API, your products, categories, stock levels, and prices stay in sync in real time — so every answer the bot gives uses live data.

How to connect (5 minutes)
- iKas Admin → Developers → API Tokens → "New token"
- Permissions: Products (read), Orders (read+write), Customers (read+write)
- Copy your API Key + API Secret
- Arsigo dashboard → Integrations → iKas → paste credentials → Connect
- Products sync automatically (~30 seconds for ~1,000 products)
Then try a test question on the bot like "do you have a red t-shirt?" — the bot will pull live stock from iKas and answer.
